The main challenge of the project was to design a completely new customer experience for the digital channel.

Relying on a strong primary research effort (with the potential end users) we identified the expectations, pain points and opportunity areas of this new digital service.

At the same time, we conducted a secondary research to identify the best practices in terms of e-commerce within the logistics and other relevant industries.

Finally, we undertook the design of service as well as the whole customer experience in digital channels, both web and mobile.
