Building loyalty of the external sales force.

With the goal of approaching and engaging the beauty counselors of the distribution network (cosmetics dealers of drugstores) we designed and launched Beauty Academy.

This loyalty program, based on digital channels (mobile and web), allows its users to access training on product ranges from Biotherm, Yves Saint Laurent and Helena Rubinstein brands and, at the same time, earn credits by the educational level reached which, then, can be redeemed for benefits exclusively designed for them.
